★Payment format: Paypal
★You can change the sketch maximum 4 times, exceeding these will be charged an extra.
★The estimated time of a commission from 3 to 10 days depending on the complexity of the commission.
★I have the right to refuse a commission for any reason.
★I can post your commission to my pages unless the client requests to be private.
★You may repost my work as long as I am credited as the artist.
★The commission is delivered with a signature without the possibility of deleting it, editing it and claiming it as yours.
★My art for you cannot be used for training an AI.
★The client has the right to a refund if the commission is not delivered within the agreed time or if for any reason I cannot finish the commission, in the case of having done half of the illustration (for example: the illustration was not colored) a partial refund can be made and I will retain compensation for the work that has been made so far.
★For commercial purposes the client must inform me.

★El cliente puede cambiar el boceto máximo 4 veces, si se supera se cobrará un extra.
★El tiempo de espera aproximado es de 3 a 10 días dependiendo de la complejidad de la comisión.
★Tengo derecho a rechazar una comisión por cualquier motivo.
★Puedo publicar su comisión a mis páginas a menos que el cliente solicite ser privado.
★Puede volver a publicar mi trabajo siempre y cuando se me acredite como el artista.
★La comisión se entrega con firma sin posibilidad de eliminarla, editarla y reclamarla como propia.
★Mi arte para ti no se puede utilizar para entrenar una IA.
★El cliente tiene derecho a un reembolso si la comisión no se entrega en el plazo acordado o si por algún motivo yo no puedo finalizar la comisión, en el caso de haber hecho la mitad de la ilustración (por ejemplo: la ilustración no fue coloreada) solo se hará un reembolso parcial.
★Para fines comerciales el cliente debe informarme.
